Orders
How do I place an order?
Fill out the order form on the Plate Decals or Battery Decals page. Pick your size, vinyl, colors, and logos — then hit Send. We'll get started on your order right away — best quality on the market.
Is every order really custom made?
100% yes. Every single order is custom made to your exact specs. Best quality on the market. 🤙
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes — as long as we haven't started cutting yet. Hit us up ASAP via the contact page and we'll sort it out.
How long does production take?
Usually 2–4 business days. Rush orders? Contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. US orders typically arrive in 3–5 business days after shipping. International orders take 7–14 business days depending on location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is on the buyer's side — the cost depends on your ZIP code and will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! You'll get a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Colors & Customization
Can I pick any color?
Yep — full custom color picker on every order. You can also enter an exact HEX or RGB code if you want to match a specific color.
What vinyl options are available?
We offer Gloss, Matte, Chrome, Sparkle, and Holographic vinyl. Each has laminate options too for extra protection and finish.
Can I use my own logo?
Absolutely. Upload your logo file in the order form (PNG or SVG preferred). We'll include it in your design so you can see exactly how it looks.
Will the colors look exactly like on screen?
We do our best to match but screens vary. If you need a specific Pantone match, mention it in the notes and we'll work with you.
Returns & Issues
What if my decal arrives damaged?
That's on us — contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
Do you accept returns?
Since every order is custom made, we can't accept returns unless there's a defect on our end. Best quality on the market — every order is built to last.
